I am sure we have all been feeling healthier and they do seem to fill you up too. So easy to use, the nutritional benefits are outstanding. I think this is a convenient product as you can add it to any food just like salt and pepper! I think it is good value with all the health benefits it provides and all the different uses for it. “Well packaged, value for money with excellent information on how to use the seeds. The seeds themselves are extremely versatile and can be easily consumed on a daily basis by the whole family. Definitely a part of our diet now. The seeds themselves have no taste so can be added to most food products without anyone noticing.
Extremely convenient to use, can be used in cooked foods, raw foods or eaten on their own. You don’t need to consume a large quantity on a daily basis, as the seeds absorb liquid and expand in size you don’t need a huge amount, a little goes a long way. I would definitely purchase more of these. I’ve already recommended it to many people, especially my mum who is diabetic, it’s still a bit early to know if it’s had a positive impact but she definitely feels better. I’ve been using the seeds to help me with weight loss after having a baby, I don’t believe in crash diets and this is just perfect, I don’t crave sweet or junk food and have managed to reduce my portion sizes without feeling tired or grumpy.
